But finding the right mentor at the right moment in your career can be daunting. That’s why Fi911 has launched the LIFT micro-mentorship program for women in the finance, technology, and payments sectors. LIFT empowers mentees to decide how and when they need extra support.

Whatever the career moment, mentees can request a no-cost video chat with elite women from all corners of the industry to gain specific insights and actionable takeaways.

Monica Eaton

Monica Eaton is an international entrepreneur, speaker, author, and industry thought leader. Over the years, she has developed several successful business ventures, and in 2009 launched Chargebacks911 to aid online merchants.

Additionally, she established the brand Fi911 to provide financial institutions with technology solutions for chargeback and merchant lifecycle management. Both brands work together with the vision of a seamless payments industry solution.

Monica is an avid advocate for women in technology and business leadership. She also works to expand educational resources for high school students through her nonprofit organization, Paid for Grades.

Sondra Fienberg

Sondra Fienberg is a results-driven global payments and fraud executive with in-depth knowledge across the eCommerce ecosystem.

Currently heading the Global Sales Strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection, Sondra has a proven track record in the payments and fraud arena. With over 20 years of industry experience, she continues to demonstrate effective leadership, in part due to her commitment to maintaining positive working relationships with all parties at all functional levels.

Sondra is committed to excellence in delivering creative problem solving, strategic thinking, and revenue generation, and nurturing those capabilities in others.

Becky Clements

Director of Payments | UK Finance

Becky Clements is Director of Payments for UK Finance. She is also a member of SWIFT UK Board as an observer, and represents the UK on the European Payments Council Board. A passionate industry leader, Becky is focused on enhancing the processes used to expand corporate reach, realize revenues, and add value to client services.

Becky has close involvement with the UK Payment System Regulator (PSR) and has sat on the Advisory Panel and the Payment Strategy Forum. She chaired the Working Group for Implementation Planning for the New Payments Architecture.

At Metro Bank, she was Head of Industry Engagement, responsible for payments and card change activity, as well as leading industry and third-party engagement. Becky has extensive experience of working with the payments industry and delivering long-term value.

Marion King

Director of Payments | NatWest

Marion King is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience across the financial services industry. As Director of Payments for NatWest, she is responsible for setting the payment strategy, including payment architecture, operations and innovation.

She was previously with MasterCard, where she was the President of the UK & Ireland markets and was responsible for the end-to-end business. She was recently appointed Chair of UK Finance Payments Futures and Chair of the Payments Association.

Marion is also an Advisory Board member of Pennies and a proud trustee of The Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Angela Yore

Angela Yore is the Co-founder and joint Managing Director of SkyParlour, a full service communications agency focused on the Fintech industory.

Angela’s career in strategy, leadership, and international communications spans 20-plus years. During this time, she has assisted businesses in the mobile, technology, eCommerce, and payment sectors to find their competitive advantages and real purpose.

Angela is chair of The Inclusion Committee and a long-time advocate for diversity and financial inclusion within the workplace.

Andrea Dunlop

Andrea Dunlop has been recognized with numerous awards in the payments industry, including being named one of the “Most Influential Women in Payments in 2018.”

She is the Deputy Chair of the Emerging Payments Association’s Advisory Board, and Board member of the European Women in Payments Network. Her previous roles include establishing a successful UK/European merchant acquiring business, as well as running her own consultancy in financial services and payments sectors.

Andrea is also a passionate speaker and supporter of diversity and inclusion (including financial inclusion), championing and challenging the industry to deliver better financial products for the benefit of all.

Tracy Cray

Head of Card Scheme Compliance | Chargebacks911, Fi911

With over 35 years of experience in the Credit, Prepaid & Debit Card Payments Industry, Tracy is an expert in chargebacks, including Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Previously head of the Chargebacks & Disputes department at RBS, she received multiple Platinum awards in recognition of a world class Chargeback Operation.

Now Director of Card Scheme Compliance at Chargebacks 911 / Fi911, Tracy offers proven management and industry skills in Chargeback Rules and Regulations.

She is chair of the UK Experts Chargeback & Rules Group, and previously chaired European Experts Chargebacks Group and MMF group. She participates in UK Finance meetings and industry conventions, as well as being a sought-after speaker at scheme conferences.

Denise Gee

Denise co-founded findexable in 2019, a data analytics start-up which has launched the world’s first real-time fintech benchmark aiming to make it easier for buyers of innovation to invest or buy technology in every corner of the world, and to provide visibility to fintech companies previously overlooked.

She is leading the Fintech Diversity Radar – an initiative to drive diversity in fintech. She is also cofounder and managing director of MagnaCarta Communications, a fintech consultancy and research house, and Director of Fintech Mundi, a global fintech accelerator

Before establishing her own business, she held executive positions as Global Transformation Lead at BP and served as Head of Corporate Communications for Visa’s CEMEA (Central Europe, Middle East and Africa) region
